Sesame Seed Nougat cookie

If I were to say that this Sesame Seed Nougat cookie is softly sweet with floral accents, would you think it’s possible? If I were to say that this Sesame Seed Nougat is gently crunchy without being gummy, would you believe me? For a nougat that has only three ingredients, two of which are sugars, this one is so pleasant in its sweetness and texture that you’ll find yourself wanting one more piece. It isn’t cloying or bitter in its sweetness. In fact the sugar washes over the palate like sea water over a boat’s deck. What’s even better is that it’s gluten free.
