Festival Classica live starting May 29

The 10th Classica Festival will be held under the theme From Wolfgang to Amadeus

For its 10th edition, Festival Classica invites the public to come and enjoy more than twenty live indoor concerts that will be held from May 29 to June 22, 2021, at the . For its closing event, the Festival welcomes the Orchestre Métropolitain and its conductor Yannick Nézet-Séguin, who will perform one of Mozart’s most celebrated masterpieces, the Great Mass in C minor for soloists, chorus and orchestra (K. 427/417a). To be able to accommodate more festival spectators while respecting sanitary measures, the Festival has reserved the in Saint-Lambert for this concert, which is already sold out.

From Mozart to McCartney, an eclectic concert

Festival Classica is also collaborating with the Orchestre classique de Montréal, which will close its season with an eclectic concert entitled From Mozart to McCartney, to be held in at the Centre Pierre-Péladeau. Festival Classica is also joining forces with the Chambristes du Grand Montréal, under the direction of Marie-Anne Rozankovic.

From May 29 to June 22, 2021, more than twenty live indoor concerts that will be held from May 29 to June 22, 2021, and will also be accessible via webcast.
