MNA Jennifer Maccarone launches the sixth edition of the Student Bursary Program

The Member of the National Assembly for Westmount–Saint-Louis, Jennifer Maccarone, is pleased to announce the launch of the sixth edition of her Scholarship Program. The member of Quebec’s National Assembly for Westmount—Saint-Louis, Jennifer Maccarone, is pleased to announce the launch of the sixth edition of her Scholarship Program.

This year, four (4) bursaries totalling $3000 will be awarded as follows:

Two (2) $500 scholarships for Cegep students;
Two (2) $1,000 for undergraduate (first-cycle university) students.

Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for the Jennifer Maccarone Student Bursary, Interested candidates must meet the criteria below and complete the online form by midnight on March 6, 2026.

Reside in the riding of Westmount—Saint-Louis;
Be enrolled full-time in the Winter 2026 semester at a CEGEP or in an undergraduate university program;
Be a Canadian citizen or permanent resident (holding a valid health insurance card or driver’s licence).

Required Documents

A letter of intent of at least 250 words, outlining their vision for the riding of Westmount–Saint-Louis and the reasons motivating their application;
Proof of enrolment;
Proof of residence in the riding of Westmount–Saint-Louis;
Proof of Canadian citizenship or permanent resident status (for example: a valid health insurance card, driver’s licence, permanent resident card, or citizenship certificate);
A résumé;
A short introductory video (optional).

Selected scholarship recipients will be evaluated based on the originality of their application, their creativity, and their motivation.
