MNA member Jennifer Maccarone launches the second edition of Citizen and Youth Councils
April 4, 2023
Jennifer Maccarone, Member of Québec’s National Assembly for Westmount–Saint-Louis, is pleased to launch the second edition of the Westmount—Saint-Louis Citizen Council and the Westmount—Saint-Louis Youth Council. With these two consultative bodies, the MNA for Westmount—Saint-Louis wishes to promote the active political participation of the riding’s residents.
Each Council will provide citizens with the opportunity to express their views on issues under provincial jurisdiction that directly affect their communities. These Councils will serve as a space for citizens to consult and exchange with their MNA, allowing them to make recommendations and voice ideas that could be debated in the National Assembly.
The MNA invites Westmount—Saint-Louis residents seeking to get involved in their community to apply now. The application period for both Councils opens now and closes on April 24, 2023.
