Since 2025, Dr. Jiakim Leclair-Vance, a passionate and dedicated veterinarian, has been at the helm of Hôpital vétérinaire de Montréal. With an international background, having trained in Grenada and Louisiana, she chose to return to Quebec to become fully involved in her community. She’s convinced that every animal deserves compassionate care and that every owner deserves to be treated with respect and shown transparency.
Her arrival at Flair & Cie marked the beginning of an inspiring collaboration with Dr. Lucie Hénault, co-owner and respected figure in the veterinary profession. Dr. Hénault has been serving animal-loving clients in Westmount for over 10 years. Under her mentorship, Dr. Leclair-Vance honed her management skills and nurtured a strong desire for entrepreneurship. In 2025, this evolution culminated in her becoming co-owner and manager of Hôpital vétérinaire de Montréal.
