Cold-brew meets Vietnamese-style coffee in these popsicles. Made with two different types of milk, chocolate chips and cold brew coffee, this popsicle recipe is indulgent, to say the least. Its sweet flavour and creamy texture make it a summer recipe go-to.
- 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup chocolate chips
- 1 1/2 cups cold-brewed Van Houtte Colombian Medium Coffee brewed in the Van Houtte Cold Brew Coffee Maker
- 3 tbsp. sweetened condensed milk
.
- In a measuring cup, mix the milk and 1/2 cup of sweetened condensed milk.
- Pour mixture into the popsicle moulds up to one-third full and add around eight chocolate chips.
- Cover the moulds, insert the popsicle sticks and place them into the freezer for 2 hours.
- In the same measuring cup, mix the cold brew coffee and 3 tbsp. sweetened condensed milk.
- Remove the moulds from the freezer and pour the cold brew mixture over the first layer.
- Place back in the freezer for at least 4 hours.
